The redevelopment of Swan Valley Caravan (formerly Perth Vineyards) in 2013 involved the remediation of a contaminated land fill site, 34 new two and three bedroom tourist cabins, various sewer and power upgrades and new park homes to the existing park and the obtaining of a Development Approval for a further expansion of 46 van sites, 22 additional accommodation units, 45 camp sites, recreation room, camp kitchen and various amenities.
