DDM was commissioned by RAC Parks and Resorts to manage the redevelopment of the RAC Cervantes Holiday Park. Stage one of the park’s redevelopment was completed in December 2016, comprising of a rebuild of external and internal infrastructure and surrounding landscape work including:
- 80 person industrial style camp kitchen
- recreation and reading room
- resort style disabled access pool
- 11 new tourist cabins
