Tom has over twenty years’ property experience in Australia and internationally. He has a strong track record across all facets of the commercial property industry including development management in the public and private property sectors and managing developments from inception through to completion. As the Client and the Client Representative, Tom has successfully delivered developments to private equity, corporate and sovereign clients both internationally and Australia wide.
Michael Head - Project Financial Control

Qualification: B Bus Accounting, Banking & Finance, MBA
Development Exp.: 29 yrs
Michael has twenty-nine years’ background in project financing and control, having worked for both public and private property developers and investment funds in Australia and overseas. He is an experienced financial accountant with a strong understanding of commercial property transacting and development, having advised on strategic acquisition and divestment of property assets. Michael has successfully managed and expanded the regional operations for an international project and construction management firm delivering significant assets to clients.
Terry Birnie - Project Manager
Position: Project Manager
Qualification: Diploma Construction
Development Exp.: 22 yrs
Terry has twenty-two years’ experience in the building industry having worked for residential and commercial building contractors. His knowledge in the areas of estimating, procurement and general construction is extremely strong. Prior to joining DDM Terry was successfully managing the operations of a Perth based insitu and modular building construction business, servicing the mining, education, tourism and lifestyle sectors throughout the state.
Angela Fitzgerald - Project Administrator
Position: Project Administrator
Angela has over 15 years administration experience in the property industry. Currently the Project Administrator for DDM, Angela has previously held the positions of Admin Assistant in property management, Executive Assistant in property investment, as well as Executive Assistant and Operations Support in the tourism development and operations sectors.
